It will only take a few minutes to register for the Grandma’s Marathon at. Participants who choose to continue after the 7-hours mark will do it at their own risk, as the traffic and aid stations will no longer available. The time limit is 7 hours (16 minutes per mile). The course is well marked with huge helium balloons at every mile marker.

Grandma’s Marathon (and half-marathon) is a point to point course that starts at Two Harbors and essentially goes along the waterfront on scenic highway 61 for the vast majority of the race (until approximately miles 22 and beyond, when closer into downtown Duluth).
